We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
If you arrive late, we may need to adjust your service time to accommodate the next client. In some cases, the full service may not be able to be completed.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment options. Prices and appointment deposits may vary depending on the stylist and the services provided.
Gratuity is not included in the price of services but is greatly appreciated. Clients are welcome to leave tips directly for their stylist.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children and pets are not brought into the salon, unless the child(ren) are receiving a service. Please let us know in advance if your child will be accompanying you.
LIVD Salon is a space designed to promote creativity and relaxation. We kindly ask that clients and stylists maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere at all times.
LIVD Salon serves as a hub for independent artists. While we provide a collaborative environment, each stylist operates their own business. Clients and stylists are responsible for communicating directly with one another about the details of their services, pricing, and expectations.
We want you to love your hair! If you’re not satisfied with your service, please let your stylist know within 72 hours post appointment, so we can address any concerns.
